After dedicating a good week on job hunting and going through the process of interviews , I finally got offered a job for the Business Development department of the Atlantic Toyota company. I accepted this job because they actually listened to the goals that i want to achieve and they are willing to help me grow. Another side bonus is that its in my city and pretty close to my home ,(2 streets away). I still believe in my dream about working in Boston but, maybe this road was meant to be part of my journey. An anonymous quote I found stated, "Different roads sometimes lead to the same castle". I am deeply blessed for the journey that I have been through with the internship for Massachusetts Travel and Tourism. I was actually suppose to complete my school credit internship in the summer but the one i found was to late for the due date . This fall internship was definitely meant to be part of my life and I am grateful for every moment of it.
While the job process has been settled, there several projects that need to be continued. The interns and myself have continued to update the Wicked Free Winter fun , the 50 under $50, and the Culinary Calendars. Another project that I initially took as a personal assignment was writing about the city of Lynn. Be on the look out it will be posted on the massvacation site.
