For the past few weeks I have been invited to join the weekly staff meeting which is to discuss the current and upcoming projects involving for the MOTT organization. When it was time for the meeting this week, I discussed for the first time about all the projects I was currently working on and gave recognition on who the project was directed by.

This week I have been finalizing the updated project of the Signature Events. A previous intern, who was also my former classmate has made the previous version of the Signature Events. There have been several counts of drafts for the reasons of either edits or decisions on the size of the paper. When editing any kind project, it is an essential to keep in mind that consistency is key. Having another set of eyes reviewing the project instantly gives an idea on how the audience may possibly see it and what could've been missed out that wasn't even noticed at all. There were at least four people involved in reviewing the Signature Events before officially sending the form to over seas.

Another massive I have been working on is the Culinary Calendars for the massvacation.com site. It has been a while since I have done coding but I have jumped right back on and started updating events on the the active pages. It was time to start posting the upcoming months for the Culinary Calendars so the interns an myself were assigned each a month ( January, February, and March) to work on and post. We had to find a good amount food- related events that involved indoor, winter fireplace feasts; soup-making classes, Valentine’s Day events.,St. Patrick’s Day events, and early spring events. Since I was the most familiar with Coding and have already been updating the current months, I took leadership and taught the other interns on how to use the coding the word press platform. They have become quickly interested and wanted to learn more. Eventually they became independent and started creating the events page on the months we were assigned. Our goal is to post on the site by Friday.
