Team Leader and Team Player

It is crucial when being a leader, you do not appear to bossy neither a push over. This week there have been through several projects in process from different staff members.I would over see all the projects and review before they were submitted.The Director of one the projects encouraged me to take on the lead of the projects and make sure everything runs smoothly. When a project is handed to our team, we usually split the amount by three. We would merge all the information found into document and review for any mistakes. At times the lodging statistics could be an individual project or a group project.
